Germany: Direct flights from Frankfurt or Munich to Tenerife South take around 4.5 hours and cost between €80 and €300. Both of Tenerife's airports receive flights from Germany, but Tenerife South offers more frequent services for tourists.

France: Direct flights from Paris to Tenerife South take around 4 hours, with fares typically between €70 and €250. For those staying in the northern parts of Tenerife, Tenerife North airport is a convenient alternative with shorter connections to areas such as La Laguna.

Buses: The TITSA bus service offers several routes from Tenerife South, with line 111 taking passengers to Costa Adeje for around €4-€6. Other lines such as 343 and 450 connect to various parts of the island, including Los Cristianos and Puerto de la Cruz.

Shuttles: Private and shared shuttle services are available at the airport, with prices ranging from €10 to €20 per person. Shuttles offer direct pick-up at many hotels and resorts around the island.

• Tenerife North Airport (TFN)

When planning your trip to Adeje, it's important to be aware of the local time zone to make the most of your stay!

• In winter, Adeje follows Western European Time (WET), which is the same as UTC. So if it's noon in London, it's noon in Adeje.
  
• In summer Adeje switches to Western European Summer Time (WEST) which is 1 hour ahead of UTC. From the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October, you can enjoy longer evenings, perfect for watching the sun set over the Atlantic or having a late dinner on the beach.
